COSMOS BLANC DE BLANC BUBBLES  - 750ML BOTTLE

This classically styled Methode Traditionelle (Bubbles) Blanc de Blanc is made from premium hand-picked Chardonnay fruit from the Bond Block vineyard in Gisborne, NZ. Hand-crafted using traditional Methode Champenoise techniques, the grapes targeted for this wine were harvested at a typical moderate sugar and high acid concentrations. Secondary fermentation in-bottle and a generous 12+ months in tirage has resulted in a complex and elegant wine. Cosmos displays aromatic characters of Brioche, with a clean floral lift that gives way to lemon and grapefruit on the palate.
